En ese tiempo Héctor era ya un talentoso diseñador e ilustrador, quien empezaba a incluir en todas las campañas su trabajo en 3D, para mi, quien pensaba que sabía algo de 3D era lo más avanzado que habia visto. En esa misma época llegó a la agencia a trabajar Reynner, el hermano menor de Héctor, quien apenas siendo un adolescente se integró al equipo como ilustrador, fue un tiempo divertido.[/vc_column_text][mk_padding_divider size=”20″][mk_gallery images=”6230,6224″ style=”grid” structure=”column” column=”2″ scroller_dimension=”400″ thumb_style_width=”700″ thumb_style_height=”380″ enable_title=”false” height=”500″ image_quality=”1″ margin_bottom=”0″][mk_padding_divider size=”20″][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][mk_image src=”https://www.p3p510.net/wp-content/media/2013/10/4ac4610788b8d30d46ef3a328fd41638.jpg” image_width=”500″ image_height=”400″ crop=”false” hover=”true” target=”_self” align=”center” margin_bottom=”0″][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Unos años luego me volví a encontrar con los hermanos Gil en otra agencia, Publicis, donde también hicimos muy interesantes trabajos, y vi como en poco tiempo estos chicos habían evolucionado increíblemente, fue otra temporada divertida, luego de eso Yo me mudé a Buenos Aires y ellos no pararon de crecer en talento y prestigio en el medio publicitario.
Varios años luego recibo un mensaje de Héctor que hizo un cambio total en mi vida y me trajo de vuelta a Caracas y a trabajar juntos nuevamente.
Esta vez los hermanos Gil habían fundado el Estudio Creativo Térmica, donde estaban haciendo un gran trabajo en post producción, animación, ilustración, dirección de arte, diseño de personajes y demás, para mi de lo mejor que hay en Venezuela, una isla de creatividad y talento de alto nivel en un mar de mediocridad que desgraciadamente inunda el medio publicitario en Venezuela (no por falta de talento, que lo hay mucho en el país, más por políticas erradas en la administración y la visión del medio).

En el tiempo que he trabajado con los chicos y chicas de Térmica hemos nutrido una muy buena amistad, como nunca he hecho con compañeros de trabajo, y ahora este talentoso grupo se prepara a internacionalizar sus operaciones, a tomar nuevos riesgos, a liberarse de la ortodoxia publicitaria venezolana y seguro seguirán recogiendo éxitos en todos los sitios a donde irán.

Several years later I get a message Hector that made a complete change in my life and brought me back to Caracas and work together again.
This time the Gil brothers had founded Termica Creative Studio, where they were doing a great job in post production, animation, illustration, art direction, character design and so on, for me the best in Venezuela, an island of creativity and top talent in a sea of mediocrity, which unfortunately floods the advertising in Venezuela (not for lack of talent, there are a lot in the country, more for failed policies in the management and vision of the medium).

In the time I have worked with the boys and girls of Termica we have nurtured a very good friendship, as I have never done with coworkers, and now this talented group prepares to internationalize their operations, taking new risks, freedom from the orthodoxy advertising world in Venezuela and sere they will continue collecting successes in all the places where they go.
